AE Field Trip:

WHAT: Visit the Exhibit Hall of the 2025 US Navy Hook Conference.

WHEN: Saturday, August 16

TIME: 0930 — 1500

WHERE: Grand Sierra Resort.

MEET-UP: Meet at Wing HQ, 0930

UNIFORM:

Cadets: ABU/BDUs. Blue Dress uniform is optional

Seniors: Corporate Polo or White Uniform Shirt.

DETAILS: Everyone will carpool in a CAP Van, with two Seniors. Meet at Wing HQ (1890 Gentry) at 0930.

COST: Free when in uniform

SIGNUP: On the Bulletin Board at HQ. Attend the Thursday training meeting and sign up. OR: Contact Lt. Plunket AND Lt. Hall via email to advise you wish to attend. Don’t just show up. You must let them know you will be attending to make sure we have vehicles to transport participants.
